Initial Planning
תכנון ראשוני
בשלב הזה נבנה הבסיס לכל הפרויקט. מתחיל אפיון מעמיק של הצרכים, ההרגלים ואורח החיים, שמתורגם להעמדת חלל מדויקת. באמצעות תכניות והדמיות תלת־ממד מתקבל כיוון ברור, שמאפשר להבין איך הבית ירגיש ויתפקד כבר מהשלב הראשון, לפני הכניסה לפרטים הקטנים.
This stage establishes the foundation of the entire project. An in-depth analysis of needs, daily habits, and lifestyle is translated into a clear and accurate spatial layout. Through plans and 3D visualizations, a defined direction is formed, allowing an early understanding of how the home will feel and function, before moving into the finer details.

Detailed design & material selection
תכנון מעמיק
בשלב הזה הפרויקט נכנס לעומק. התכנון מתורגם לסט תכניות עבודה מלא, הכולל ת כנון נגרויות, בחירת חומרים וגמרים, וסגירת כל ההחלטות הנדרשות ליציאה מסודרת לביצוע. במקביל מתנהל תהליך עבודה מול ספקים וקבלנים, כולל מכרזים והשוואות, במטרה להגיע לבחירות מדויקות ומתאימות לפרויקט.
The project moves into detailed development. The design is translated into a complete set of working drawings, including custom cabinetry planning, material and finish selection, and the finalization of all decisions required for an organized transition into construction. In parallel, a structured process is conducted with suppliers and contractors, including tenders and comparisons, to ensure accurate and well-suited selections for the project.

Construction
ביצוע
שלב הביצוע הוא השלב שבו התכנון פוגש את השטח. הליווי כולל נוכחות שוטפת באתר, תיאום בין כל הגורמים המעורבים, ופיקוח על יישום התכניות בפועל. במהלך העבודה מתקבלות החלטות בזמן אמת וניתנים פתרונות לאתגרים שעולים, במטרה לשמור על איכות הביצוע, דיוק בפרטים ושקט לאורך כל התהליך.
The construction phase is where planning meets reality on site. This stage includes ongoing on-site presence, coordination between all parties involved, and close supervision of the execution according to the approved plans. Decisions are made in real time and challenges are addressed as they arise, with the goal of maintaining execution quality, attention to detail, and a smooth, well-managed process throughout.

Styling & Final Touches

בשלב זה הבית מקבל את האופי והדיוק הסופי שלו. הליווי כולל העמדת ריהוט, טקסטיל ואקססוריז, ביצוע השלמות אחרונות ודיוקים קטנים שמחברים את כל חלקי הפרויקט לכדי בית שלם ומגובש. בסיום התהליך הבית מוכן לכניסה, ומתועד בצילום מקצועי.
Final character and refinement are defined through furniture placement, styling with textiles and accessories, and the completion of final adjustments that bring all elements together into a cohesive whole. The process concludes with the home ready for move-in and professionally documented through photography.
