A 70 sqm apartment in a 1990s building in Ramat Gan, originally in very poor condition. I accompanied the client while viewing several apartments before the purchase, and it was clear to both of us that this was the one - despite the challenge of imagining its potential.
The apartment benefits from a south-facing balcony that floods the living room and kitchen with warm, direct sunlight, allowing the living area to become the true heart of the home.
The layout was reworked to improve flow and functionality: the laundry room and bathroom were combined into a spacious bathroom with a generous walk-in shower, a separate guest toilet was added, and the entrance to the main bedroom was relocated and concealed within a newly created corridor instead of opening directly from the kitchen.
The kitchen was expanded into a U-shaped layout, with an adjacent dining area that comfortably serves daily work-from-home needs.

The interior design embraces color and personality, with a deep burgundy wardrobe framing the bed, a mature dusty-pink guest bathroom, a dark green home office, and a green sofa with orange accents in the living room. The walnut-toned Formica kitchen and soft grey stone countertop complete the palette, creating a mid-century modern atmosphere with a warm, expressive character.
