Second apartment in the same building on the Tel Aviv–Givatayim border. This 150 sqm home was designed for a retired couple relocating from Jerusalem to be closer to their family and grandchildren.
Originally planned as a five-room apartment, one room was removed to allow for a more generous public space and enhanced hosting areas. A spacious kitchen was created in place of the former room, featuring a small everyday dining spot in addition to a separate dining area for entertaining in the main living space.
A sectional sofa anchors the center of the living area, offering comfortable seating both toward the TV and toward the balcony and its open treetop views.
The design leans toward a warm, soft rustic direction, with a soft color palette of muted green in the kitchen paired with cream tones. A green sofa, oak wood elements, and subtle oriental touches complete the space, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
