A three-room apartment in the new Glil Yam neighborhood in Herzliya, designed for a young couple with one child and plans to grow. The original layout included two bedrooms, a living area, a separate toilet, a bathroom, and a dedicated laundry room.
The planning reconfigured the wet areas by combining the laundry room and guest toilet into one spacious bathroom, allowing for the addition of an en-suite bathroom in the parents’ bedroom and the creation of a true master suite. The laundry area was discreetly concealed within the corridor.
The design approach is intentionally sterile, white, and minimal, with a clean and restrained palette. Strong contrast is introduced through the use of rich, dominant walnut wood accents, adding depth and warmth while maintaining a calm, refined atmosphere.
